Our Youth Sports Performance Training curriculum focuses on the following:

1.  Strength training via body-weight exercises,

2.  Basic weight lifting skills,

3.  Speed & conditioning skills,

4.  Agility skill development,

5.  Plyometric exercises and

6. Core strength.

 

This course provides a solid foundation in developing improved athleticism, functional strength, injury prevention and helps to fight and deter early childhood obesity.  A minimum membership of 3 months is highly suggested to experience enhanced performance. Other membership options are available upon request.

 

MIDDLE SCHOOL (AGES 11 - 13)

Our Middle School Sports Performance Training curriculum focuses on improving functional movement, strength, power, speed, agility, balance, muscular endurance, reaction time, coordination, flexibility while reducing the risk of injury. The core components of the program are education and execution of proper movement patterns and training techniques. The primary goal is to develop athletes who maximize their full athletic potential.  The secondary goal of this program is to encourage our athletes to develop a lifelong love of proper physical training.

 

HIGH SCHOOL (AGES 14 & UP)

Our High School Sports Performance Training curriculum is designed to develop strength, power, speed and agility using Olympic lifts, advanced speed dynamics and plyometrics featuring single- and double-leg jumps.  A minimum membership of 3 months is highly suggested to experience enhanced performance.
